TOP 3: Domači ledeni čaj / Homemade iced tea

Končno smo dočakali poletje in z njim sončne dni. Zaradi visokih temperatur je še posebej pomembno, da popijemo dovolj tekočine, da se izognemo dehidraciji. 
Pitje vode je tu ključnega pomena, vendar bodimo iskreni, da ima sama voda "prazen" okus, zato nam včasih zapaše nekaj, kar ima bolj poln okus. Z Natalijo sva pripravili izbor najinih najljubših ledenih čajev, ki jih lahko brez težav narediš v svoji domači kuhinji. ;)
Preprosto. Hladno. Okusno. 
Summer is finally here and with it sunny days. Due to the high temperatures it's extremely important that we drink enough fluids so or body doesn't dehydrate. 
Drinking water is vital, but let's be honest, water itself has somewhat bland taste. That's why me and Natalija prepared three of our favourite iced teas that you can easily make at home. 
Simple. Cool. Delicious.
1. Breskve in zeleni čaj / Peaches and green tea
Za prvo kombinacijo potrebuješ tri vrečke zelenega čaja, dve breskvi, en liter vode, preprost sladkorni sirup (zavreš 1/3 skodelice vode in 1/3 skodelice sladkorja) ter po želji še ledene kocke.
Vodo zavreš in notri dodaš vrečke, počakaš pet minut in nato vrečke odstraniš. Notri doliješ sladkorni sirup in počakaš, da se mešanica ohladi. V hladen čaj dodaš narezani breskvi in ledene kocke. 
For the first combination, you'll need three green tea bags, two peaches, 1 l water, simply syrup (you boil together 1/3 cup of water and an equal amount of sugar) and in the end you can add some ice cubes.
First thing you need to do is boil the water and add in the tea bags. Wait for about five minutes and then take the bags out. Then you add the simple syrup and you wait for the tea to cool down. In the end you add the sliced peaches and some ice cubes.
2. Gozdni sadeži in črni čaj / Forest fruits and black tea
Potrebuješ tri vrečke črnega čaja, skodelico gozdnih sadežev (po možnosti svežih), preprost sladkorni sirup, metine lističe in led.
Postopek priprave je enak kot pri prvemu čaju.
You'll need three bags of black tea, a cup of forest fruits (best if you can find fresh ones), simple syrup, mint leaves and ice.
You follow the same instructions as with the first recipe. 


3. Limone in hibiskusov čaj / Lemons and hibiscus tea
Potrebuješ tri vrečke hibiskusovega čaja, eno limono (dobro operi), preprost sladkorni sirup in led.
Postopek je enak kot pri prvem čaju.
You'll need three bags of hibiscus tea, one lemon (you need to wash it really good), simple syrup and ice. Again you follow the same instructions as with the first tea.
