TOP 3: Boj proti stresu / Fight against stress

Hello! :)


Prepričana sem, da se vsakdo izmed nas kdaj sooči s stresno situacijo, pa tudi če je le posledica pretiranega razmišljanja in zaskrbljenosti. Sama sem ena izmed tistih ljudi, ki se obremenjujejo še namesto drugih, so čustveni in močno empatični - ne mislim, da je s tem karkoli narobe - dejstvo pa je, da smo zaradi tega še bolj pogosto izpostavljeni stresu. Se še kdo najde v tem opisu? :) Navadno smo tudi "problem solverji", saj se še predobro zavedamo, da to ne pelje nikamor in da je treba ukrepati - glasba, klepet s prijateljico, igra z ljubljenčki, športne aktivnosti, druženje z otroki ... 
Poleg naštetega pa sem našla še 3 načine, s katerimi si pomagam sprostiti takrat, ko v svoji družbi ne želim nikogar drugega, le svoje misli. :) 
I am positive that every person encounters a stressful situation sometimes, even if it's just because of overthinking and worrying in advance. I am one of those people who is worried about everything and everyone, is emotional and extremly empathic - I am not saying that this is a bad thing or anything - but the truth is that we are even more likely to get stressed on a daily basis. Meanwhile, we're also known as problem solvers, because we know how important it is to overcome the stress - with music, having a little chat with a friend, playing with our pets, with sport activities, hanging out with kids ... Beside all that, I found these 3 ways of relieving stress for when I don't want to be around anyone except my own thoughts. :)

1. UMETNIŠKO IZRAŽANJE / CREATIVITY AND ART EXPRESSION
Risanje, barvanje, poslikava skodelic, estetsko urejanje blokca z nalepkami ... :) 
Drawing, coloring, painting mugs, adding some stickers to my notebook ... :)

2. PITJE KAVICE / DRINKING COFFEE
Ob dobri knjigi, brskanju po spletu, poslušanju glasbe. 
Drinking coffee while reading a good book, surfing on the internet, listening to some music.

3. LIČENJE ALI NAKUP KAKŠNEGA NOVEGA KOSA KOZMETIKE / APPLYING MAKEUP OR BUYING SOME NEW COSMETIC PRODUCTS
Je potrebno še kaj dodati? :D
